We will be happy to provide you with expert advice for the new installation of complete plants or the expansion of existing production facilities.
Your ideas or existing plans will be expertly analyzed and proposals developed for the optimum design of individual machines or complete plants as well as the appropriate process technologies.
Planning
Planning begins with your order placement and includes the preparation of final drawing documents.
In addition, it is possible to involve us in the procurement of aggregates or accessories to be provided by the customer, so that in coordination with our project planning group only technically mature products are used to complete the plant.
Project engineering
After the compilation of all technical production data, the project planning of the plant is carried out by an experienced team of engineers. The results are summarized in a detailed quotation showing the scope of delivery of machines, aggregates and accessories as well as the plan examples for the expedient placement of the individual machines.
In a final meeting, all details relating to the machines and the technical process will be thoroughly discussed once again. Your special wishes, if they can be realized technically, will be given the greatest possible consideration.
Execution
The design of each machine is described in detail in our order confirmation. All models are built strictly in accordance with the regulations in force today. This includes the Machine Protection Act (MSG), the Accident Prevention Regulations (VBG) and the regulations for the electrical equipment (according to VDE or the conditions valid in the respective countries).
After assembly, the functional capability of each individual unit is checked. The corresponding data are recorded in an acceptance protocol. All machines correspond to the latest state of the art, are robustly built and easy to handle in their operation. All constructions are designed to achieve extremely high performance values and an optimum degree of utilization with a minimum of energy consumption.
Service
Our service includes the assembly work as well as the commissioning of the machines supplied by us. This also includes the procedural instruction of the operating personnel. With timely disposition and adherence to a precise schedule, it is possible to start production immediately after completion of the plant without any loss of time.
To ensure trouble-free operation – especially for plants abroad and overseas – spare parts recommendations are prepared for the individual units. In addition, our scope of service includes a non-binding on-site visit by our fitters to consolidate customer contact.
